All Pulman Air products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Pulman Air Direct Exchange Policy
To Exchange products purchased from Pulman Air Direct, please complete the following steps:
Get in touch with our team, we will respond with an exchange/Service authorization information within 48 hours.
Package the item(s) to be returned in the original Pulman Air packaging.
Please note:
Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.
Please allow 4-8 weeks for exchange/service processing.
Products returned to Pulman Air will receive a full refund.

We cannot accept any returns during this time even if the box is unopened. I apologize for the inconvenience but this is for the safety of our client's, the carriers, the suppliers, and our employees.

Return policy
In order to return a Pulman Air unit pursuant to this Limited Warranty, you should first contact Pulman Air Customer Experience at NUMBER, between 8:00AM and 5:00PM CT, Monday through Friday, or by email info@PulmanAir.com, to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must include the RA# on the return package. Returns without an RA#, or with an unauthorized or missing RA#, will be refused by Pulman Air and will be returned to you at your expense. RETURNS RECEIVED 60 DAYS OR MORE AFTER THE RA# ISSUE DATE MAY BE REFUSED AND RETURNED AT SENDER’S EXPENSE. You are responsible for all shipping, handling, and processing costs on returned Pulman Air units. Along with the RA#, when you contact Pulman Air Customer Service, you will receive the location where you should send your Pulman Air unit. Returns must be shipped by verifiable tracking number (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority) to that location.

The following must be included in the return:
Order Number, Return Authorization Number (RA#), name, address, zip code, phone number, e-mail address and original packing slip (if purchased online). If purchased at retail, please include the original receipt.
Put the RA# on the package. If there is no RA# on the package, the Pulman Air unit will be returned to you at your expense.
Detailed explanation as to the reason for your return of the Pulman Air unit.
The Pulman Air unit must be packed in its original carton with the original packing materials.

Additional Return Terms & Conditions
All Pulman Air units must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and user manual. Any shipping, handling, and processing costs are non-refundable.

Refund policy
Proof of purchase is required for refunds and returns. Refunds on authorized returned units will be processed within sixty (60) days of receipt at Pulman Air Returns Center. You must be able to provide Proof of Delivery (POD) that returned product was actually received by Pulman Air Returns Center. If Pulman Air is unable to identify that it received the returned Pulman Air unit, and you cannot provide proof of such, Pulman Air will not be liable for any Pulman Air unit repair, replacement, or refund.
